He himself was active as a footballer, handball player and basketball player, where he was involved as a coach and official, as well as with the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation's soccer charity FC Sternstunden.
Mike is the founder and CEO of one of the largest full-service sports agencies in Africa. The agency is active in soccer, rugby, cricket and equestrian sports. In addition to coaching players and coaches, Mike and his agency Prosport International are also a sought-after contact for training camps for sports teams in South Africa and the organizer of one of the most important gallop racing events in Southern Africa. Mike is also known as the former coach of the Orlando Pirates.

George is a former South African international and winner of the 1992 Golden Boot Award. He was editor of Kick Off Magazine and has worked in TV as an analyst for the Premier League and Champions League. He gained experience as a club owner in South Africa's 2nd Division and has a consulting agency where he has managed projects for INEOS, among others.
He has now launched Magic Ladies FC with PlaySport4Life and GUFC. A women's soccer development project that is set to become a benchmark for southern Africa.
Born in Namibia, he primarily supports us with financial and contractual issues. As former Chief Financial Officer of Air Namibia, Namibia Construction and Managing Director of Bidvest Commercial Namibia, a subsidiary of one of Africa's largest conglomerates Bidvest, based in Johannesburg, he has the experience we need. He was also involved in an advisory capacity in projects of the Namibian Ministry of Finance and is currently Managing Director of the mining company Osino in Namibia.
Wolfgang Schenck has been with us for many years now as our project coordinator in Namibia. He has been running the consulting agency Nuevas Ideas for the tourism and environmental sector there for over 26 years, having previously worked in product management at GORE in Germany. He is also involved in the Namibian Chefs Association and the Rotarians in Windhoek. He was a founding member of the Recycle Forum Namibia and the Eco Awards Namibia Alliance and is Vice President of the Namibia Environment & Wildlife Society.
